  1. Medical Officer.

Full time Contract.

Role Summary: the MO shall be responsible for provision of safe and efficient clinical services to patients by;

  • Undertaking medical examinations and talking to patients to diagnose their medical conditions.
  • Carrying out specific procedures (i.e, performing observations, operations and specialist investigations).
  • Monitoring and providing appropriate clinical care to patients in the hospital and our outpatient clinics.
  • Providing emergency response and clinical care services during urgent situations.
  • Liaising with the pharmacist regarding medicine management or supplies.
  • Guiding and counselling patients, clients and staff on health issues
  • Making notes and preparing paperwork both as a legal record of treatment and for the benefit of other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintaining patient’s rights and confidentiality when handling them.
  • Liaising with other medical and non-medical staff in the hospital to ensure quality treatment.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and surgery
  • Three (3+) years of clinical experience.
  • Valid practicing license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board
  • Clinical risk management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of medical recordkeeping practices.
  • Advanced ability to ensure the highest standards in patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  1. Clinical Officer.

Full time Contract.

Role Summary: the CO shall execute the following duties and responsibilities;

  • Taking history, examining, diagnosing, ordering laboratory and imaging tests/results, interpreting laboratory and imaging results, treating patients, and follow-up of patients’ progress.
  • Guiding and counselling patients, clients and staff on health issues
  • Sensitizing patients and clients on preventive and promote health.
  • Collecting and compiling clinical data, assessing, preparing and presenting medico-legal reports.
  • Referring patients and clients to appropriate specialized health facilities.

Job Qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Three (3+) years of clinical experience.
  • Certificate of Registration from the Clinical Officers’ Council.
  • Valid Professional Practice License from the Clinical Officers’ Council.
  • Good work ethics and communication skills.
  • Shown merit and ability in work performance and results.
  1. Pharmacist

Full time Contract.

Role Summary:

  • Management of pharmaceutical supplies.
  • Preforming clinical administrative roles such as clinical reporting, assessment of SOP drafting and adherence/implementation.
  • Development and enforcement of pharmaceutical policies.
  • Screening prescriptions for drug interactions, dose appropriateness, frequency and duration of dosing.
  • Prepares and dispenses drugs according to prescriptions.
  • Counsels and guides patients regarding use of medicines.
  • Ordering drug supplies, receiving, storing and issuing of drugs.
  • Make entries into the hospital drug inventory management system and regularly conducts stock takes.
  • Prepare and share a drug availability list with the medical officers, clinical officers and various specialists.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B Pharm) from an institution recognized by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
  • Three (3+) years of experience as a pharmacist.
  • Certificate of Registration from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving skills.

  1. Pharmaceutical Technologist.

Full time Contract.

Role Summary:

  • Prepares and dispenses drugs according to prescriptions.
  • Counsels and guides patients regarding use of medicines.
  • Ordering drug supplies, receiving, storing and issuing of drugs.
  • Make entries into the hospital drug inventory management system and regularly conducts stock takes.
  • Prepare and share a drug availability list with the medical officers, clinical officers and various specialists.

Job Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from an institution recognized by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
  • Certificate of Registration from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills.
  1. Radiographer

Full Time Contract.

Role Summary:

  • Providing medical imaging services to patients.
  • Processing, verifying and maintaining information relating to patients.
  • Maintaining records of radiographic and photographic supplies.
  • Providing care and counselling services to patients and their relatives before, during and after examination.
  • Ensuring radiation safety.
  • Order for radiographic materials supplies.
  • Preparing reports regarding radiographic activities.
  • Submitting scans to the radiologist for reporting and keeping a record of the reports on the PACs

Qualification:

  • Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography/Medical Imaging Sciences/Ultrasound/ Mammography or its equivalent from a recognized Institution.
  • Three (3+) years of radiographic experience.
  • Registered member of Kenya Nuclear Regulatory Authority.
  • Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
  • Good communication skills.
  1. Lab Technologist.

Full Time Contract.

Role Summary:

  • Maintaining laboratory equipment by cleaning and sterilizing laboratory glass ware, surfaces and equipment.
  • Receiving, recording, packaging, dispatching, analyzing and preserving test samples.
  • Preparing laboratory reagents, carrying out tests on samples.
  • Preparing test analysis reports and certificates of analysis.
  • Safely disposing laboratory waste.

Qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Valid practicing license from Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB)
  • Three (3+) years’ experience as a lab technologist.
  • Excellent analytical sills, attentive to details and communication skills.
  1. Receptionist

Full Time Contract.

Role Summary:

  • Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receive patients, register them into the system, direct patients to various hospital departments as their need may require.
  • Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
  • Attend to clients by answering questions both physically, on phone, email or social media.
  • Assist with the admissions/treatment of patients as per agreed protocols.
  • Assist patients to complete medical insurance claim forms.
  • Billing and daily reporting of sales and volume of patients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in either public relations, communications, marketing, front office management or its equivalent from an institution of learning recognized in Kenya.
  • Certificate of membership of a professional body as an added advantage.
  • Preferably one (1+) experience as a receptionist in a medical space.
  • Attention to details skills, with ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.
  • Passionate about healthcare excellence.
  1. Hospital Marketer.

Full Time Contract.

Role Summary:

  • Teamwork with departments to reach target clients with right message.
  • Meeting potential customers to explain the hospital products and answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable products.
  • Analysing competitors’ products to determine trends in the market, threats and opportunities.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our products and services and drive qualified traffic to our centres and boost the hospitals reputation
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key corporates, government agencies and vendors.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our social media platforms that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing/Communication/Business or related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in a medical field, insurance or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Proven track record of achieving set targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work without supervision
  1. Accountant

Full Time Contract.

Role Summary:

  • Management of patients accounts and billing by ensuring regular invoicing, receive and receipt payment of patients.
  • Perform financial calculations to support financial transactions.
  • Maintenance of various books of accounts.
  • Management of debtor and supplier accounts.
  • Daily Sales ledger and creditors ledger accounts reconciliation.
  • Regular cash book reconciliation
  • Assisting in preparation of daily and monthly reports
  • Undertaking daily banking functions and bank reconciliations.
  • Deal with daily petty cash.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or its equivalent from a recognized university
  • CPA Section 2 as an added advantage.
  • Must be conversant with quick books.
  • At least two years’ experience in a hospital set up is an added advantage.
  • Experience in statutory returns.
  • Must have a good understanding of financial concepts and pay keen attention to detail
